Product Weight, Size and Appearance
Each of our products uses the blood of the animal/protein as a binder during processing to ensure our products stick together through the patty process. Furthermore, raw pet food can be over 60% moisture. Each patty is weighed by our patty machine during pressing. Due to the moisture in the product, the weight may vary slightly when the product is allowed to thaw and the moisture and blood release, will affect the weight of our products. Our products do not contain any preservatives, dyes or other artificial ingredients, each animal that is processed for our diets is an individual and color will vary slightly in products. All products are made with raw ground bone, supplementation is not used. All raw ground bones are pressed through a grinder which results in the majority of the ingredient as a paste with fragments of raw bone remaining. The remaining fragments range in size which vary in length and diameter typically less than 3/4". The crushing process results in 90% paste with the remaining as bone fragments.
Pet Transition or Illness
All dogs should not be treated equal, all dogs do not transition to a raw diet or to other raw pet food the same. It is the responsibility of the pets owner to know what proteins and ingredients the pet can or can not be fed as well as understanding the ingredient processing used to determine if this specific raw diet is suitable for your pet and assume responsibility if you choose to feed after evaluating product upon being received. You understand and accept that your dog may not like or adjust to our products and will be responsible for pets well being. For this reason, we always recommend ordering a sample pack for first time buyers.

The Difference between Cleaning and Disinfecting
Cleaning removes germs (like bacteria) and dirt from surfaces and objects. Cleaning works by using soap (or detergent) and water to physically remove germs and dirt. This process doesn’t necessarily kill germs, but by removing them, cleaning lowers the number of germs and the risk of spreading infection. Disinfecting kills germs on surfaces and objects. Disinfecting works by using chemicals, such as bleach, to kill germs. This process doesn’t necessarily clean dirty surfaces and objects or remove germs, but by killing germs after cleaning, disinfecting can further lower the risk of spreading infection.
